• Import permit required

  Import of old, used, renovated, faulty, or obsolete goods into Turkey requires prior permission under Article 7 of the Turkish Import Regime, administered by the Ministry of Trade. Certain listed second-hand capital goods (in sectors including food, packaging, textile, machinery, mining/metal, construction, and transportation) may be imported freely without this permission if they are not older than 10 years, per the regime's own annex list.
