수입 요건 및 제한

• Import licensing required

  Approximately 35% of Myanmar's tariff lines are on an import negative list requiring an automatic or non-automatic import license, per MOC Notification No. 68/2020; border-trade license applications have been processed under the non-automatic system only since June 2023. Pre-packaged imported foodstuffs require an FDA Import Recommendation plus an Import Health Certificate; medical devices/cosmetics require an FDA recommendation; drugs/medicines require FDA registration plus a drug importation approval certificate, wholesaler's licence, and drug registration certificate.
