Customs declaration requirements for Grenada

Customs Declare produces the completed Customs Declaration (Single Administrative Document / eSAD), filed electronically via ASYCUDA World -- referenced in some Grenada Customs documents as the "e-C82"; a legacy paper form was historically known as Form C82, not confirmed as still current for Grenada’s own customs authority, in English, from your invoice and supporting documents. Import requirements & restrictions

  • Import prohibited

Grenada's SRO 43 of 2020 (effective 1 July 2020) bans import of vehicles 10 years or older -- the most current figure as of this pass, per Grenada Customs' own 2025 reminder notice. CAVEAT: older/conflicting sources cite a 5-year limit or no limit at all -- treat the 10-year SRO 43 figure as current unless a newer notice supersedes it. Environmental Levy scales with age: 2% for vehicles 1-4 years old, 30% for vehicles over 5 years old.
