Customs Declare
About

Customs declarations, built to survive contact with a real customs officer

Customs Declare reads an invoice or packing list, classifies every line item, checks it against rules of origin and trade-agreement eligibility, and generates a declaration in the destination country's own form, authority, and language.

Customs Declare
Why this exists

Export paperwork is usually built for the busiest trade corridors first and everyone else second. Customs Declare was built the other way around: full declaration-requirement coverage for all 193 UN member countries from day one, not just the handful of routes with the most volume.

How we work

Think like both sides of the border

Every rule is checked the way a customs officer would check it, and every workflow is built the way a forwarder or exporter would actually use it under deadline.

Every country, not just the easy ones

Declaration requirements are researched and cited for all 193 UN member countries -- not a curated shortlist of "supported" markets.

Flag it, don't guess it

When a rule, a rate, or a required field is genuinely unconfirmed, the declaration says so, rather than silently filling in a plausible-looking answer.

Priced for where trade is growing

Every plan is 25% off for African Union member countries, applied automatically -- pricing shouldn't be the reason a growing exporter stays on paper forms.

Our story

Customs Declare started after watching a friend get scammed by a fake clearing agent -- and then watching a legitimate one take far longer, and charge far more, than it should have. Both experiences pointed at the same gap: authentic import/export agents need a faster, more reliable way to produce the documentation their clients are paying for. Customs Declare is built to close that gap.
