The first document is always free

Every new workspace, on every plan, processes its first document at no cost -- before any payment method is on file. It doesn't count against a plan's monthly quota either.

25% off across Africa

Your country is detected automatically from your workspace's sign-up connection -- not a form field you fill in yourself -- so the discount can't be gamed and never needs claiming. Every plan above, and every Pay-Per-Use document, is 25% off for all 55 African Union member countries.

Questions

What counts as "a document"?

One uploaded invoice/packing-list submission that goes through classification, validation, and declaration generation -- whether it arrives via the dashboard, the API, or a connected mailbox.

What happens if I go over my plan's included quota?

Once you use up your plan's included quota for the billing period, each further document is charged to your prepaid balance at that plan's per-document rate. When the balance cannot cover another document, processing stops until you top up from the Billing page (or your next billing period starts).

How is the African discount applied?

Your workspace's country is resolved once, automatically, from the connection your sign-up request came from. If it resolves to an African Union member country, every price on this page -- monthly fee and per-document rate alike -- is automatically discounted 25% for your workspace.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, from the Billing page inside your workspace. Plans are paid one month at a time and don't renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel -- a plan simply ends when its paid month does.

How and in what currency am I charged?

Prices are in US dollars, but payments are processed in Ghana cedis (GHS) by Paystack. Before you pay, the Billing page shows the exact cedi amount at the current exchange rate. Paystack adds its own transaction fee at checkout. Paid plans cover one month and do not renew automatically -- we email a reminder 3 days before your period ends.
